Our commercial models

The basis of our commercial models is transparency and reliability throughout the entire supply chain. We will give full insights of the processes and we give decent understanding about the pricing and margins.

Open book model

Order management fee structure. Client buys directly from factory FOB. Luobofield manages the production and QA management and handles FOB or CIF delivery. 

Cost plus model​

Fixed GPM throughout the Supply Chain. Luobofield places the order at factory, production and QA management and handles FOB or CIF delivery. 

Middleman / trader

No insights for clients in costs but full transparency and reporting of order management and QA process. FOB or CIF delivery.
